Bangalore was known as the pensioner's paradise and garden city. Well !! much of its glorious or rather green past is lost and what we see is an ever growing concrete jungle. Nowadays, Bangalore is in the news for all other possible reasons like crumbling infrastructure or increasing robbery etc. Well .. with growth comes the aftermath of growth. One needs to be prepared for these and shouldn't blame others. Some time ago, I remember having cycled my way around in one of the oldest parts of bangalore namely malleswaram. I could go almost anywhere in my prized possession and I could catch a breath of fresh air. Welcome back to reality !! Nowadays when I try to breathe, I am pretty ensured that a lot of CO, CO2 and other essential gases get inside my lungs. Don't get me wrong.. I know my chemistry .... It is pretty essential for shortening our misery on this earth. The vehicles that ply on the road are the messengers .. nah.. agents of death god to rid of this miserable life...
